This hands on role is responsible for managing all facets of the Produce Department, including stock control and display, staff supervision and development, department planning and budgets and ensuring that Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures are adhered to. Most importantly, you will be focused on fresh and committed to providing our customers with only the best in service and standards.
To succeed in this role you will be a team player who demonstrates excellent communication, organisation and planning skills. You must have practical experience working with fresh produce and have extensive produce knowledge to share with our team and customers. The successful candidate will have a proven ability lead by example and motivate others to achieve results. As heavy lifting and stock movement is a part of this role you must be physically fit.

If you have experience in Dry Goods/Grocery at a senior level together with great leadership and communication skills, then this is the opportunity for you!
We are looking for a self motivated and enthusiastic leader to assist in the management of all aspects of the Nightfill department. Your duties will include stock control, replenishment and presentation, staff supervision and development, department planning and budgets and ensuring that established systems and processes are followed. You will also have a key focus on Health and Safety, promoting safe work practices to ensure a safe retail environment for team and customers alike.
This is a busy, hands on role requiring an energetic team player who demonstrates:
- A strong customer focus and a commitment to excellence in standards and service
- Experience working with Dry Goods/Grocery, preferably in a large retail environment
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn and implement new technology
